DISTRIBUTED SENSOR MODULES (DSM)

AirCare Automation’s Distributed Sensor Module – DSM* is a network accessible (MODBUS RTU) module that can connect to the AirCare Monitoring Consoles and provide environment monitoring for cleanroom system without the complicated Centralized panel box builds provided today. Designed to integrate seamlessly into AirCare FFU Control Console Systems, the DSM family provides access to multiple sensor features on standard assembly platforms.

ENCLOSURES

AirCare’s enclosures are able to house PLC’s, gateways, fuse blocks, din-mounted power supplies, pressure transducers and other I/Os. Our enclosures are supplied seamless, ready for conduit and wireway holes to be drilled.

NEMA 1 Steel Enclosure

POWER SOURCES

POWER

ACM1005 and ACM1008 power supplies are reliable ways to distribute +12V power to an AirCare control network.

ACM1005 supplies enough power for 15-20 units using a wall-mountable box and an AC wall adaptor. ACM1008 is a low-voltage Switched-Mode Power Supply with an output of 12 VDC at 1 Amp.

Class CC Fuse 25A
and Fuse Holer

The ACS2601 Fuse consists of a Class CC 25A fuse and panel mount fuse holder for use as branch circuit protection for the V-Series 14A and 20A models.

The fuse has been approved to be used as branch circuit protection under UL508C guideline.

Adapter

Power converters for the AirCare Console family.

The ACS2303 (AC Adapter 12 Vdc 800mA) is a 12VDC AC adapter used to power up the AirCare Console Line in installations where 230VAC 50Hz is available.

The ACS2308 (AC Adapter 12 Vdc 1000mA) is a 12VDC AC adapter used to power up the AirCare Console Line in installations where 120VAC is available.

DIN Rail Mount Power Supply

The DIN Rail Unit has a universal input and is easily mounted in enclosures alongside the Modules in Controls Applications.

The ACS2309 DIN Rail Power Supply is recommended for use with ACC7xxx Consoles (only). The ACS2310 DIN Rail Power Supply is recommended for use with ACC7xxx Consoles with peripheral sensors.

The ACGW001 MODBUS RTU to MODBUS TCP/IP gateway uses the Intellicom NetBiter® MB100, as its core component.

ACGW007-30 & ACGW007-60 provides a single-component solution for integrating AirCare MODBUS fan motor controllers into a BACnet system. The product exposes eight key MODBUS registers to a BACnet IP or MS/TP BMS with full read/write support.
