All New Orders
Orders below $3,000 will require payment by credit card. Orders for value above $3,000 must be cleared for credit and payment terms will be specified on an order by order basis.
New Telephone Orders
If you are placing an order via telephone (see contact list for location/phone numbers or call 210-442-8821), please have your order information ready: the item(s) part number(s) and quantity, credit card number and expiration date. It helps us to fill out an order form even if you’re ordering by phone.
If you are placing an order via FAX (866-542-0612), please provide your order information: the item(s) part number(s) and quantity along with information for charging your credit card (i.e. credit card number and expiration date and name on the card).
Product Price And Discount
Our units are individually priced, FOB Origin. We offer a discount for orders of 10 units or more of each product and volume quantity discount to distributors and OEM’s. Please feel free to call us at 210-442-8821 or reach us through email@example.com for detailed information.
We accept major credit cards including: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We need the name on the credit card, billing address, credit card number, expiration date and security card number to process the credit card payment.
Orders are shipped from our Austin, TX facility or San Antonio, TX facility, normally UPS Ground. Most small orders are shipped in 48 hours. Standard lead time for production quantities are 8 weeks depending on quantity and special instructions.
Upon request and credit approval, we will expedite your order shipment by Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day or other services at your choice and expense. International orders are shipped via UPS World Wide Express.
All of our sample units’ weight is labeled as measurable weight according to UPS.
We charge USD$3.00/unit handling fee.
AirCare Automation is registered as doing business in State of Texas. Assuming all sample units are purchased for Research and Development use, we collect sales tax from all orders. If you think you should not pay for Sales Tax or should be charged at a different sales tax rate, please feel free to call us at 210-442-8821 or reach us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
