Los Angeles, CA October 2007 - Today, AirCare Automation introduced the ACM1006TM Air Flow Sensor that interfaces with the AirCare VariPhaseTM and AirCare EC Interface Modules to provide closed loop control systems. The ACM1006 Air Flow Sensor now allows the AirCare VariPhaseTM to automatically adjust and maintain airflow at a user-specified set point.
 The ACM1006 Air Flow Sensor, along with the AirCare VariPhaseTM (ACV1xxx) can provide closed-loop, regulated airflow for single phase AC fan-controlled systems. Using the ACM1006 with an ACM1014 Interface Module enables closed loop air-flow control of GE ECM motors from Regal Beloit. Interface modules are similarly available for ebm and other fan/motor systems. Once configured, the system will automatically adjust fan speed to maintain airflow at the desired set point. The ACM1006 provides cost-effective controls for air-flow systems that want to maintain air-flow consistency over line and load variations. It is supplied in OEM (board level) format or "enclosed" to match any application environment. The ACM1006 is thermistor bridge based and provides reduced drift versus hot-wire solutions.

- Typical 1% change in set point = 1-2% change in set-point air-flow
