If the product you purchased didn't meet your needs, we want to know about it. Your satisfaction is very
important to us, and your feedback helps us improve our products. If you need to return a product,
just follow these simple steps :
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee. Also, liability
for lost or damaged return items belongs to the customer.
- Print out and fill out the relevant sections on the "Return Material Authorization (RMA)", indicate
your preference as to company credit, exchange or refund. Credit card refunds may only be made to the same card used for
the original purchase.
Note that refund processing can take up to 4 weeks and unfortunately we can not refund original shipping and handling charges.
- Call us at 512-249-7526 or fax the RMA form to 512-275-6155 within 30 days of the invoice date to receive your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Re-pack the item in its original carton, along with all manuals and related material. Please write down the
Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the returned package and include a copy of Return Material Authorization (RMA) in the box.
